Duties and Responsibilities as a Solution Architect

- Provide technical support to existing customers and pre-sales prospects via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, or AnyDesk.
- Handle all pre-sales technical queries and assist in solution demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver on-site and online product training sessions as assigned by the manager.
- Execute custom development and implementation projects assigned by the manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical documentation and support materials when required.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Robust technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technology effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Patient, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Technical background is preferred.
