Position: Purchase Manager

Location: Sola, Ahmedabad

Experience: 3+ Years

Industry: Construction / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of construction materials.

Identify and manage vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with site teams for timely material availability.

Monitor inventory and stock levels.

Manage purchase orders, quotations, and documentation.

Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for invoices and payments.

Prepare purchase MIS and cost reports.

Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality.

Required Skills:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good knowledge of construction materials.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
