Job Summary

An HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, attendance management, onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining HR records. The role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Support administrative and office HR activities

- Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
- 13 years of HR experience (for experienced roles)
