Job Title : Lead Consultant GenAI , Content & Marketing Solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI & Agentic solutions from requirements through deployment and adoption.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation plans.
- Drive delivery governance, prioritisation, testing, release management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build and evolve solutions across:
- AI-powered Content Strategy solutions (Decoded Insights, Creative Brief, Storyboarding, Reactive Content Ideas) that empower segment and market teams to build better performing creatives.
- AI-generated content and creative automation
- Product content and PDP generation
- SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Content localisation and optimisation
- Content supply chain automation
- Knowledge management and AI-powered search
- Copilot, Agentic AI, and Enterprise GenAI solutions
- Content governance and compliance workflows
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise AI, privacy, security, and Responsible AI standards.

Required Qualifications





- Experience delivering GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Azure AI/OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives and managing vendors and development partners.
- Robust understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise application architecture, and software delivery practices.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct reporting authority.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior exposure to content operations, marketing technology, digital commerce, SEO/AEO, knowledge management, content supply chain, or other content ecosystem platforms.
- Experience working with marketing, content, digital, or eCommerce teams to deliver AI-enabled business solutions.
