Drive end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions across junior, mid-level, and leadership roles

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define role expectations, and build hiring strategies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and campus hiring
- Conduct structured competency-based and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit
- Lead candidate engagement, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Manage hiring metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and quality of hire
- Develop and maintain talent maps of key manufacturing and supply chain talent across target organizations




- Build relationships with premier institutes and placement cells to support campus and lateral hiring initiatives
- Support employer branding initiatives through industry events, social media engagement, and talent outreach programs
- Provide regular recruitment reports and hiring insights to business leaders and HR leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging talent requirements within Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
