Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing issues, answering questions, and offering solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective cold calling techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with focus on voice process (inbound/outbound).
- Robust communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in making cold calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
