Role & responsibilities :
Currently working in a manufacturing company, handling end-to-end finance and accounts functions. Actively participate in all audit and closing discussions with statutory auditors and internal audit teams.
Responsible for the preparation of the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and all related annexures and schedules in compliance with the Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.
In addition, manage the consolidation process at monthly, quarterly, and yearly levels. This includes collecting and validating financial data from various units/departments, eliminating intercompany transactions, ensuring uniform accounting policies across entities, and preparing consolidated financial statements and management reports.
Preferred candidate profile :
CA Inter or M.Com, with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
