What You'll Do:

- Assist in the planning and execution of end-user computing migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing tools and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop migration strategies.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Monitor and report on migration progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in end-user computing to provide innovative solutions.
- Support migration readiness assessments, deployment activities, and post-migration stabilization efforts.
- Ensure a positive user experience throughout migration and adoption initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Proven experience in End User Computing environments and migration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.




- Experience developing user training materials, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with end-user computing platforms, desktop migration tools, and workplace technologies.
- Experience with project delivery methodologies and migration project support activities.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Certifications related to End User Computing, IT Support, or Microsoft technologies are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of desktop support, application deployment, and user migration processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale migration initiatives and digital workplace transformations.
- Ability to track migration progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional end-user experiences.
- Experience collaborating with infrastructure, application, security, and support teams.
