Operations Executive (Field Technician)

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and training of Mobilab devices at client locations across India.
- Conducting product demonstrations and field-level training.
- Conducting diagnostic camps and supporting field operations.
- Client coordination and providing on-site technical support.
- Ensuring proper adherence to laboratory and testing protocols.
- Supporting other operational activities related to Mobilab deployments.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Robust communication and speaking skills.
- Good understanding of laboratory protocols and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with different laboratory instruments and diagnostic machines.
- Ability to understand, demonstrate, and troubleshoot basic laboratory testing workflows.
- Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in field environments.

Preference:

- Education: B.Sc. MLT / DMLT or higher qualification preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can also apply; candidates with relevant field/laboratory experience will be preferred.
- Willingness to Travel: Candidates should be comfortable travelling across India as per operational requirements.
