Civil Finishing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise civil finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, MEP teams, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Plan and monitor finishing activities including flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors, windows, and other architectural works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and method statements before execution.
- Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with approved materials and construction standards.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct inspections and ensure timely rectification of snags and defects.
- Coordinate with MEP and other services to avoid interface issues and rework.
- Monitor material requirements,



approvals, and availability at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and highlight delays, quality issues, and site constraints.
- Support testing, inspection, handover, and close-out activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 510 years of experience in civil finishing and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, construction methods, quality standards, and site execution.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospital, institutional, Hotel or high-rise projects will be an advantage.
