- Manage a team responsible for collections across multiple states, ensuring timely recovery of dues from customers.
- Oversee daily operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of collection strategies.
- Develop and implement effective collection plans to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and optimize processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in collections management or related field (NBFC).
- Robust understanding of Collections, Team Handling, Recovery, and NBFC regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication skills.
