- Metal part development: seal shells, cases, washers, shims Thickness optimization, DFM, defect control (ovality, burrs, cracks)
- Tooling: progressive/compound/draw dies, clearances, tonnage, tool steels Trial handling (T0/T1), production support & cost optimization
- Vendor coordination & tool approvals (PPAP support) experience in metal components (oil seals, bonded seals, gaskets, fasteners) and CNC Turning expertise preferred.
