Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their property requirements.
- Explain NoBrokers plans, products, and value-added services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations effectively.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and local market opportunities.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and explain pricing and benefits.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve individual sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for premium plans and additional services.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track daily sales performance, pipeline status, and target achievement.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
