Role & responsibilities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in reliability engineering or production support roles.
• Solid programming skills in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
• Triage, assess, resolving metadata workflow issues
• Maintenance of runbooks, conducting war room for incident triaging
