Working Days : 6 days a week

Location : Upper Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh [ Base location - Mumbai ]

Candidates must be willing to travel 15 to 20 days a month.

Experience :

- Candidate with minimum 15-20 years of relevant work experience.

-- Should have hands-on experience on the entire gamut of HR which includes Talent Acquisition, Performance management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc.

Job Profile :

- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy and workforce planning.

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for frontline, mid and leadership roles.

- Ensure optimum manpower availability across regions.

- Drive employee engagement, retention and culture-building initiatives.

Identify high-potential talent and execute succession planning programs.

- Coach and support managers on performance management and employee development.

- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary matters.

- Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, POSH and statutory HR processes.

- Oversee payroll inputs, F&F;, audits and HR governance.
