Experience in Finance & Accounting (OTC) process and minimum of 5
years of team / people management experience.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections, including fair debt
collection practices

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with
clients, Team and colleagues.

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Client interaction skills.

Fluent English skills including Oral and Business Writing
