About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and career-driven candidates to join our International Voice Process team for the UK Process. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls from international clients
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Record customer interactions and update details accurately
- Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department when required
- Ensure smooth communication and positive customer experience during every interaction

Requirements:

- Fresher candidates are eligible




- Experience Candidate with Minimum 1 Year in Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluent English
- Comfortable working in UK Shift environment
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Versatile to work with rotational week offs
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred

- Salary Package: Up to 4 .3LPA (30k for Fresher)
