Role & responsibilities
- Provide support across shifts for MES and DX projects.
- • Integrate equipment into MES systems as per internal guidelines.
- • Define and create:
- • Equipment integration specifications
- • MES structures (recipes, measurement results, business rules, flow plans)
- • Support equipment suppliers in testing, integration, and connectivity issues.
- • Plan and execute acceptance tests, integration tests, and production releases.
- • Ensure data reliability and equipment standardization.
- • Adhere to in-house standards for hardware/software components (PLC, sensors, drives).
- • Maintain naming conventions, data formats, and structures for machines and programs.
- • Implement measurement technologies for reliable data collection.
- • Prepare and manage documentation and guidelines.
- • Train key users and process engineers.
- • Handle technical and special projects independently with ownership.
