Role & Responsibilities :

- Monitor and validate daily attendance captured through the Biometric.
- Responsible to coordinate with the respective TL / HOD for further investigation to correct any irregularities or deviations in the attendance.
- Responsible for managing end-to-end administration of attendance, leave calculation etc.
- Responsible for timely completion of punching access.
- Ensure to prepare and submit attendance report on daily basis.
- Ensure to maintain timekeeping data or record on spreadsheets or other software programs.
- Responsible for timely completion of Exit Interview as per process and ensure to maintain the data for further analysis.
- To maintain the overall attendance and leave management.

Responsible for end-to-end handling of Exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement.

- Responsible for timely verification and completion of FnF as per process within defined timeframe.
- Preparation and submission of various MIS reports to the HOD for internal reviews.
- Ensure to maintain the various records and documentations related to attendance, leaves, Exit, FnF etc.




- Ensure to upgrade knowledge and skills on HR Operations on regular intervals.
- Addressing issues / grievances related to Leaves, Attendance, and FnF etc.

Ensuring the timely completion of miscellaneous activities on as & when required basis.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have knowledge and experience in Time Office Management

- Should have experience in managing the biometric system like attendance, leave management etc.
- Sound knowledge of HR Operations activities
- Should have knowledge of Exit Formalities and FnF process
- Familiarity with the HR Processes and its systems
- Should have positive analytical skills and able to prepare various MIS reports and Dashboards
- Should be well-versed with HRIS / SAP software would be an added advantage

Proficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point etc.
