Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through Chat and Voice support.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate effectively with international customers.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior experience in International Chat/Voice Process will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
