Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Pepperfry, and other e-commerce platforms.

The role will be responsible for day-to-day marketplace operations, maintaining account hygiene, managing product content and inventory, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace Management: Manage e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Pepperfry, etc., while ensuring overall account hygiene and smooth operations.
- Listing & Content Hygiene: Maintain high hygiene levels across marketplaces by optimizing product titles, keywords, content, reviews, and other listing elements to improve visibility and drive sales.
- Marketplace Operations: Manage cataloging, pricing accuracy, inventory planning, stock availability, and overall product presence across marketplaces.
- Product Uploads: Handle new product uploads and ensure all product information, content, images, attributes, and pricing are accurate and updated.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate closely with warehouse and planning teams to monitor stock levels and ensure timely inventory replenishment across marketplaces.
- Pricing Management: Regularly monitor and update product pricing while ensuring pricing accuracy across all platforms.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering marketplace performance, sales, inventory, listings, and other key metrics.
- Competition Analysis: Conduct weekly competitor analysis to track pricing, product listings, promotions, visibility, and other marketplace activities, and share actionable insights with the team.
- Account Hygiene: Regularly monitor marketplace accounts for listing issues, suppressed products, content errors, inventory concerns,



pricing issues, and other operational gaps.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams including D2C, marketplace, warehouse, planning, design, and content teams to ensure smooth marketplace execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor marketplace performance and identify gaps and opportunities to improve sales, visibility, and overall account performance.
- Multitasking & Time Management: Effectively multitask, prioritize activities, and manage time to ensure all marketplace requirements and deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Pepperfry, or similar marketplaces.
- Good understanding of product listings, cataloging, pricing, inventory, keywords, and marketplace hygiene.
- Robust knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Ability to analyze marketplace data and identify actionable insights.
- Good understanding of competitor analysis and marketplace trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify listing, pricing, and inventory-related issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
