Position Title: R&D; Manager - NPD

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) :

To Drive new product development (NPD), product improvement, and process optimization by conducting research, trials, and evaluations. The role focuses on developing innovative, safe, and high-quality food products that meet consumer expectations, regulatory requirements, and business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization.

- Support cost optimization and productive utilization of resources.
- Monitor and control expenses related to departmental activities.
- Assist in achieving financial targets through effective planning and execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery.
- Brand Reputation through Robost Product Pipeline.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Drive high-performance standards while encouraging innovation and teamwork.

EXPERIENCE:

- 7 to 9 years of experience in FMCG / Food processing industry Proven experience in people management, cross-functional coordination, and project execution.

- Experience in brownfield and/or greenfield expansion projects will be preferred.

- Strong exposure to process improvement, cost optimization, quality systems, and business growth initiatives.

- Experience in handling audits, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management is desirable.
