Talent Acquisition Beauty & D2C - 2+ Years Faridabad

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition professional with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing D2C beauty and cosmeceuticals business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and hiring managers while building talent pipelines across key functions.

Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer rollout and joining.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
3. Build candidate pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and other sourcing channels.
4. Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to assess skills, motivation and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
6. Drive offer negotiations and effectively manage the offer-to-join conversion..





Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on expertise with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a rapid-paced environment.
