Role & responsibilities:

Manage inventory planning, stock reconciliation, replenishment, and stock aging.
Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, logistics partners, and transportation vendors.
Ensure efficient order fulfillment, fill-rate management, and dispatch operations.

Handle transportation planning, vehicle coordination, and shipment tracking.
Manage RTV (Return to Vendor) and reverse logistics processes.
Monitor POD closure, delivery TAT, and operational SLAs.
Prepare MIS reports and track critical operational KPIs.
Verify transporter invoices and coordinate with finance/accounts teams.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Dispatch, Transportation, E-commerce,



or Quick Commerce Operations.
Hands-on exposure to 3PL warehouse and logistics partner management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, replenishment, and fulfillment operations.
Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, MIS Reporting).
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes, etc., will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
