Role Summary

Support digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D; functions. Manage business requirements, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, drive SAP and plant application enhancements, and ensure successful project delivery across manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D; application projects from requirement gathering to implementation.
- Coordinate with business users, plant teams, vendors, and IT teams for project execution.
- Prepare BRDs, process maps, test cases, UAT documentation, and project status reports.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Analyze business processes and recommend automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Support system integrations, testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Desired Skills





- Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or Plant Operations projects.
- Knowledge of SAP PP/QM/MM and manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to PLM, MES, LIMS, QMS, IoT, or Industry 4.0 initiatives preferred.
- Robust stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.

Preferred Industry

FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Industrial Products.
