Role & responsibilities

- Drive international sales and achieve assigned export revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop new international markets and identify potential distributors, importers and business partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing international customers and distributors.
- Develop and execute country-wise sales and business development strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, customer meetings, exhibitions.
- Identify opportunities for product registrations and market expansion in coordination with the Regulatory team.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, MOQ, payment terms, margins and business agreements.
- Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, order pipelines and market-wise business plans.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and Marketing teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Monitor order execution, shipments, documentation and timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure timely collection of export receivables and follow up on overdue payments.




- Identify and develop tender, institutional and large-account business opportunities.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing and product opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and develop plans to improve market performance.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and expansion of the veterinary product portfolio.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the export sales/business development team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, export regulations and approved commercial terms.

Preferred candidate profile

To drive the company's international sales and business development activities for the veterinary/animal healthcare portfolio, with responsibility for revenue growth, current market development, distributor acquisition and management, product registrations, tender business, customer relationships and overall profitability of the export business.
