Role & responsibilities

Proficiency in design software such as *AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite*.

- Knowledge of *3D modelling and rendering tools* such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.

- Strong creativity, design sense, and *space-planning skills*.

- Good understanding of *materials, colours, lighting, furniture, finishes, and architectural elements*.

- Ability to prepare *2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and 3D presentations*.

- Knowledge of *site measurements, detailed drawings, and execution drawings*.

- Ability to develop design concepts and present them effectively to clients.

- Coordinate with *clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams*.

- Understanding of architectural and interior design standards and construction details.

- Solid communication and *client-handling skills*.

- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

- Willingness to coordinate with site teams during project execution.

- *Portfolio of previous design work is required.*

*Experience:* 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in *Interior Design / Architecture / Architectural Design* preferred.
