Associate Consultant / Consultant Executive Search

Experience

1 to 4years of relevant experience in Executive Search / Recruitment, preferably handling Mid to Senior-level hiring.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Automotive | Auto Ancillary | Manufacturing | Engineering | EPC | Chemicals | Real Estate | Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for assigned mandates.
- Handle Mid to Senior-level hiring and Executive Search mandates.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective search strategies.
- Identify, map and build a robust pipeline of relevant candidates.
- Source, assess and evaluate candidates against business requirements.
- Manage candidate engagement and the complete search process from mandate to closure.
- Work closely with stakeholders and clients to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
- Consistently achieve recruitment and performance targets.
