Key Responsibilities
Backend Development Primary
Design develop and maintain enterprise grade applications using Java and related frameworks
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications
Ensure application performance scalability and security
Collaboration Leadership
Work closely with architect s product owners and cross functional teams
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices
Quality Performance
Conduct code reviews write unit integration tests and ensure adherence to coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Demonstrates ownership raises the bar and consistently exceeds day to day expectations
Identifies ambiguity risks and proactively drives clarity and resolution with stakeholders
