Energy Sector Lead | Gurgaon
We are looking for a seasoned Energy Sector Leader with 25+ years of experience in Renewable Energy, Power Transmission and large-scale Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Energy business portfolio
- Drive business development and client engagement
- Own P&L; and operational performance
- Lead bids, pursuits and proposal activities
- Manage key client relationships
- Oversee successful delivery of complex projects
- Build and lead multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Background:
- Experience in PMC, EPCM or Owner's Engineer environments
- Robust exposure to Renewable Energy, Solar, Wind and Power Transmission projects
- Demonstrated success in business growth and revenue generation
- Proven leadership of large project teams and client-facing engagements
