JOB DESCRIPTION SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads through calls, references, networking, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Contact prospective clients, understand their financial requirements, and provide suitable product or service information.
- Present company products, services, features, benefits, and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into successful business.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team and other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated about market trends, competitor activities, products, and customer preferences.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, seminars, and promotional activities whenever required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates regarding targets, conversions, and pipeline status.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sales and negotiation ability, confidence, target-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, professional conduct, and basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Qualification

Graduation in any discipline preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
