- Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct training sessions.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues in EWM processes.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to improve warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Support and maintain EWM master data and transactional data as required.
