Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage financial operations, including accounts finalization, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws by handling income tax returns (ITR), GST filings, TDS deductions, and tax audits.

- Oversee US accounting processes and prepare financial statements according to IFRS standards.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in finance control.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in finance & accounts role with minimum of 3 years experience in managing the Finance Operations.

- Robust knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, taxation (income tax & GST), TDS deduction & US accounting principles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally & Quickbooks; ability to analyze complex financial data effectively.
