- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing techniques to ensure successful candidate selection.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in bulk hiring or volume hiring with a focus on lateral hiring or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through effective recruitment methods such as headhunting or poaching.
- Solid understanding of the retail industry's unique challenges and requirements for skilled professionals.
