Credit Policy Manager – Mortgage

- Candidate must have a flair for detail-orientation with an experience in handling policy/ risk functions (preferably in Mortgages)
- Candidate should be broadly aware of various product and policies prevalent in the competition
- Candidate must possess positive analytical ability, presentation skills and command over Microsoft tools
- Ability to monitor portfolio performance, manage risk parameters, and ensure compliance with regulatory norms
- Ensure policies are aligned with business strategy, market practices, and regulatory requirements
- Track credit performance metrics such as delinquencies, NPAs, bounce trends etc.
- Identify risk trends and recommend corrective measures to maintain asset quality
- Collaborate with internal teams including business, legal, risk, operations, collections, and technology for end-to-end policy execution

Candidates who are currently into Portfolio Monitoring role will be preferred
