Talentbes Executive Search Services is hiring for our client in Mumbai. We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to manage site execution, installation, commissioning, and project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise installation of DG sets, electrical panels, cabling, mechanical equipment, and utility systems.
• Manage project execution from planning through installation, commissioning, and final handover.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, commissioning teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Handle SCADA design, programming, and monitoring requirements
.• Oversee foundation-related work, site safety, quality, resources, and project timelines.




• Maintain daily progress reports and support inspection, testing, and validation.
Candidate Requirements:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 26 years of relevant site experience in power, electrical, or mechanical installation projects.
• Knowledge of DG set installation, panel wiring, and civil/foundation requirements.
• Ability to independently manage site teams and vendor personnel.
• Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
