- About the role: We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization committed to building a world-class IT team. We are seeking a seasoned Senior US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our US-based clients, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier technical talent.
- Responsibilities:
- 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from job requisition to onboarding.
- 2. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- 3. Global Hiring Programs: Participate in and contribute to strategic global hiring initiatives to meet organizational growth objectives.
- 4. Action Plan Development: Create and implement action plans to attract and recruit the best-fit candidates for the organization.




- 5. Talent Sourcing: Utilize niche platforms and networks to source potential candidates for various IT roles.
- 6. Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, document outcomes, and provide detailed reports as necessary.
- 7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work in unison with other departments to align recruitment efforts with the company's growth perspective.
- 8. Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Requirements:
- 1. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- 3. Strong understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
- 4. In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- 5. Hands-on experience in building and managing IT talent pools.
- 6. Proficiency in recruiting candidates with US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, E3, TN).
- 7. Working knowledge of US tax and employment terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp.
- 8. Ability to understand and evaluate technical skill requirements across IT roles.
- 9. Solid sourcing and screening skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
- 10. Excellent candidate assessment and shortlisting abilities.
- 11. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to recommend the right candidate fit.
- 12. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- 13. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for vendor, client, and candidate interactions.
- 14. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- 15. Comfortable working in US/EST time zones.
