Role Summary:
The Middle Office SME will lead oversight of trade capture, position management and lifecycle processing for alternative and traditional investments .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reconciliation of cash, positions, and transactions across custodians, prime brokers, and administrators.
- Resolve breaks in trades, settlements, and valuations in coordination with counterparties.
- Provide oversight of corporate actions, margin calls, and collateral management.
- Partner with technology teams to enhance STP (straight-through processing) and reconciliation tools.
- Develop KPIs and MIS dashboards for break analysis and operational risk.
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in middle office within asset management .
- Knowledge of derivatives, private market transactions, and structured products .
- Familiarity with systems like Aladdin, Geneva, Wall Street Office, TLM, or equivalent.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
