Conduct prospecting activities in field work, identify potential Life Advisors, and lead their selection and onboarding process.

Manage a team of 10 to 30 Life Advisors and provide performance support to Life Advisors to achieve sales targets and monitor field activities.

Collaborate with team members and join Life Advisors in fieldwork in order to achieve sales targets.

Actively participate in fieldwork to earn incentives and rebuild the team to achieve sales targets.
