an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations and deliver scalable financial solutions. The role involves leading solution design, business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end implementation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FI/CO solution design and implementation across global operations.
- Drive S/4HANA Finance transformation, including Universal Journal and New Asset Accounting.
- Conduct requirements workshops and align solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure integration with SAP SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Manage SAP Activate lifecycle activities from design through deployment.
- Lead and mentor functional teams while ensuring delivery quality.
Required Expertise
- Strong SAP FI knowledge: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Solid SAP CO knowledge: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
- Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations, Greenfield implementations, CFIN, and TRM.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and Embedded Analytics.
- 10+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience.
- Experience delivering at least two SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
