Konecta is deploying Workday Core HCM as a single, global platform. To ensure smooth project deployment and long-term operational excellence, we are building a permanent Workday HR Center of Excellence (CoE). We are looking for technical specialists who will participate directly in tenant deployment activities while establishing themselves as the core technical backbone of our ongoing global platform operations.

- The Workday Analyst provides hands-on system configuration, parameterization, testing, deployment support, and continuous maintenance across Konectas global Workday HCM tenant.
- Working closely with the Head of Workday CoE, the role acts as a key technical driver within the Centre of Excellence, translating global business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions. The position supports both ongoing multi-country deployments and the continuous evolution of the global Workday environment, ensuring system scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with global governance standards.
- The role is responsible for supporting Workday configuration and enhancements across Konectas global footprint, while providing Tier-level technical support and resolving escalations from local teams.



Through close collaboration with global and local stakeholders, the Workday Analyst contributes to the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of Workday processes and functionality.

JOB - RESPONSIBILITIES : -

- Tenant Configuration & Parameterization: Build, update, and maintain Workday functional configurations, including Business Processes (BPs), Condition Rules, Calculated Fields, Custom Organizations, and Security Groups.
- Global Support & Operations: Serve as the advanced technical escalation point for regional HR leads and local country teams, troubleshooting operational defects, configuration issues, and complex system inquiries.
- System Testing & Validation: Provide support and guidance on integration testing (SIT/UAT) for ongoing country rollouts.
- Data Management & Auditing: Perform mass data loads via Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), ensure data mapping integrity across legacy source systems, and enforce strict data security and privacy protocols.
- Integration & Ecosystem Alignment: Support technical interface monitoring and troubleshooting between Workday and external systems (such as local payroll providers, Active Directory/IAM, and third-party tools) in coordination with IT leads.
- Release Management & Continuous Improvement:



Evaluate new Workday releases, conduct technical impact assessments, and parameterize new capabilities to drive continuous platform optimization.
- Stakeholder Consultation & Knowledge Transfer: Help to translate local business and regulatory requirements into standard Workday configurations, providing technical guidance to local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

JOB - REQUIREMENTS : -

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
- Workday Technical Experience: Proven 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring or maintaining Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Workday Help.
- Language Proficiency: Full skilled fluency in English or Spanish is mandatory to support global operations and regional hubs.
- Core Systems Acumen: Strong proficiency with Workday configuration tools, including Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, and Role-Based Security.
- Desirable / Added Value: Official Workday certifications or Workday Pro accreditations (such as Workday Pro HCM, Security, Business Processes, or Reporting) are highly desirable and will be considered a strong added value, though practical enterprise configuration experience remains our primary focus.
