Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions using data analysis, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, test, and implement new systems or processes that meet their needs.
- Develop solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and delivering high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking sector.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, MIS reporting tools such as Excel/Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
