We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the inspection and valuation of used Construction Equipment (CE) assets.

Role & responsibilities

- Conduct technical reviews of inspection reports, photographs, videos, and supporting documents.
- Determine Fair Market Value (FMV), Forced Sale Value (FSV), and Residual Value of used construction equipment.
- Guide empanelled inspection service providers and field engineers during remote inspections.
- Review inspection reports for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
- Standardize inspection formats and valuation methodologies.
- Drive improvements in report quality and inspection standards.
- Support business teams with valuation justification and technical recommendations.




- Resolve valuation disputes with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in Construction Equipment Inspection, Technical Evaluation, Asset Valuation, or Equipment Lifecycle Management.
- Robust understanding of the used Construction Equipment market.
- Experience in CE financing, repossession, remarketing, auctions, inspections, or equipment valuation.
- Excellent knowledge of depreciation trends, residual value calculations, and market benchmarking.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
