Leadership Hiring Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Leadership Hiring skilled with strong exposure to the India IT/Technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles across Technology/IT.
- Hire talent at Director, VP, Head, Practice/Delivery Leader and senior technology leadership levels.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders on hiring strategy and workforce requirements.
- Drive headhunting, talent mapping, market intelligence and passive sourcing for niche leadership positions.
- Manage hiring pipelines, offers and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in Corporate TA, IT Services, Product companies or GCCs preferred.
Experience: Preferably 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated India leadership hiring exposure.
