Investors Clinic is expanding its team and looking for confident, enthusiastic and communication-driven Tele-callers to join our Gurgaon team.

Location: Gurgaon
Position: Tele-caller
Salary: Standard Market
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and skilled telephone etiquette




- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior telecalling/sales/customer-facing experience will be an advantage
