- Execute and manage Equity Capital Market (ECM) transactions
- Lead / support M&A; transactions (buy-side & sell-side)
- Handle Open Offers, PIPE deals, and Preferential Issues
- Structure and execute CCPS / CCD instruments
- Work on acquisition of listed companies, including regulatory and strategic aspects
- Coordinate with investors (AIFs, PMS, Family Offices, Institutions)
- Assist in deal origination, structuring, and closure
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of capital markets & transaction structuring
- Hands-on experience in deal execution
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations, takeover code, and listing framework
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact workplace
