We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS to join our agile engineering team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, design scalable solutions, ensure engineering best practices, and mentor junior team members. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on both technical excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust microservices using Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to build responsive UI using ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Own end-to-end delivery - from design to production deployment.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectures.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using tools like Jenkins,



Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA, and DevOps.

- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
