Role & responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

- Design and execute primary research initiatives (customer interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability studies, expert interviews).
- Conduct secondary research including market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), industry trends, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and regulatory landscape reviews.
- Develop structured research plans aligned with product hypotheses and strategic priorities.
- Validate problem statements, value propositions, and target customer segments through evidence-based research.

Business Case Development

- Support the Product Manager in building data-backed business cases for new products, features, or market expansion opportunities.
- Develop financial models including revenue projections, cost assumptions, break-even analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Identify risks, assumptions, and sensitivity scenarios within business cases.
- Translate research findings into actionable strategic recommendations.

Data Synthesis & Insights





- Analyze qualitative and quantitative datasets using structured frameworks.
- Convert complex research findings into transparent narratives, insights, and executive summaries.
- Create compelling presentations and dashboards for leadership review.
- Ensure research outputs are decision-oriented and aligned to product goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner closely with Product Manager, Product Technical Architect and Product Owner.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Act as a thought partner to the Product Manager in shaping product roadmap priorities.

Process & Governance

- Establish repeatable research methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure research quality, rigor, and documentation standards.
- Manage external research vendors where applicable.
