Role & responsibilities

• 10+ years in mobile app development, with strong foundation in native Android/iOS concepts.

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart, including building large-scale production apps.

• Strong command of state management patterns (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX, Redux).

• Expertise integrating and customizing video players on Flutter (ExoPlayer/AVPlayer bridging, custom plugins).

• Hands-on experience with HLS, DASH, DRM frameworks, subtitle formats (SRT, WebVTT), and adaptive streaming.

• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory profiling, app startup time, and concurrency.

• Robust experience working with backend APIs, authentication, GraphQL/REST, caching and offline-first patterns.

• Prior experience with analytics, A/B testing frameworks, crash monitoring, and event tracking in apps.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, owning modules, and influencing architectural decisions.
