Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

- Translate business needs into explicit functional and technical specifications for development teams.

- Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

- Develop use cases, process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories.

- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

- Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.

- Conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses to assess proposed changes.

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
